Garlic extract is allicin. Composition: (CH2=CHCH2)2S3, easy to degrade, almost completely decomposed after 20 hours at room temperature (20°C), and decomposed faster when heated. Allicin is very unstable, therefore, it is very difficult to extract and preserve allicin. Garlic extract is mostly used in sterilization, health care and growth promotion.
Main function
1. Antibacterial broad spectrum, strong antibacterial. Allicin has a strong killing effect on both Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria, and can effectively inhibit the occurrence of common diseases in fish, livestock and poultry.
